Maja’s current role is to support clients and the project management team in the establishment of a brand new shared services. She is actively involved in office selection and facility set up services as well as general reporting on overall project status.
Maja was firstly introduced to the shared services concept in the UK, when joining a newly established centre of a major international construction and engineering company. She joined the team to work as an HR Administrator but not long after joining, she was promoted to a senior role and took active part in process improvement activities. From working at the shared service centre, Maja has moved into consultancy where she now supports in establishment of similar organisations. Maja has an experience in working as a transition lead during migration of activities to a shared service.
In her spare time, Maja enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also likes to travel and appreciates good cuisine.
