| Rakesh Sangani | |
| Rakesh is a strategic advisor, solution architect and implementer of transitions and transformations. With a specialism in BPO, Shared Services and Offshoring, Rakesh has worked with CFOs, FDs and senior client executives in the private sector (including at Ernst & Young, Pitney Bowes, Orange, Barclays and RBS) and the public sector (across Health, Police and Government markets) in improving efficiency, effectiveness, cycle times and profitability.
Rakesh is a qualified chartered accountant, holds practitioner status in Prince 2 and MSP and is certified Lean Six Sigma. He was trained by Andersen, Deloitte and Accenture and is now a partner at a social enterprise management consultancy Proservartner providing strategic advice and focusing on operational solutions for leading FTSE 100 and Professional Services firms. |

| Neville Barretto | |
| Neville is an experienced senior consultant specialising in Transformation and Transition Management, with a particular focus on the Finance Function. Neville has the advantage of experiencing change projects at large multinational companies and as a lead delivering change projects across Professional Services, Travel & Aviation companies, Utilities and Financial Services.
Neville is a Prince 2 practitioner with strong project management skills & having worked for IBM and Accenture before joining Proservartner, he has a breadth of experience in both BPO and SSC transitions. He has recently been requested to lead an Area Transition, post the successful implementation of a sub-area transition to a SSC for a Big Four Professional Services Client. He has a proven track record in partnering with clients and experience in transition management, business process optimisation and operational excellence. |

| Nishul Shah | |
| Nishul is a Business Transformation and Integration specialist with broad experience in advisory, operational delivery, change management and process & productivity improvement. During his years Nishul has worked across Professional Services, Outsourcing, Banking and Aviation industries.He is Prince 2 Practitioner with extensive Project & Programme Management experience.
Nishul has developed strong Process Transformation skills (certified Green Belt Lean Six Sigma); which have been used to understand existing processes and deliver operational efficiencies. He has excellent communication skills and is used to initiating, developing and managing relationships at the operational, tactical and strategic layer. |

| Rick Floore | |
| Rick started his career at Shell where he carried out functions in Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Internal Audit and Performance Reporting. For 10 years he has been working for Technicolor (formerly Thomson) where he was Head of Corporate Audit, CFO of Thomson Grass Valley, CFO of Business Operations and since 2 years ago, Head of Accounting and FSSC. His experiences include the traditional finance activities as well as implementing ERP systems and the divestment of non-Core entities. After a re-integration project in which the outsourced accounting activities were taken back into Technicolor, he has taken the lead of further optimizing the FSSC’s and streamlining accounting activities in Technicolor.
Rick is an Associate Director at Proservartner, and has a master degree in IT and Business Economics in the Netherlands, an MBA summer semester at the University of Notre Dame in the US and has Public Accounting degree at the Royal Institute of Public Accounting in the Netherlands. |

| Vivek brings expertise in operational transformation and transition management within the finance function. | Jonathan Russell | |

Jonathan is an experienced Finance professional focused on providing Process Analysis, Performance Measurement & Benchmarking solutions for Shared Services & BPO organisations. He is skilled in the implementation of Finance & HR Shared Service Centres (SSCs) and has been involved in a number of start-ups – both internal SSCs and BPO operations (onshore & offshore). He has developed solutions to assist the successful creation and running of SSC’s during their entire lifecycle, including feasibility studies & visioning, preparation of business cases, benchmarking studies, ongoing operational measurement, customer reporting and post implementation review. He is a Chartered Accountant who has held the positions of Financial Controller, Group Accountant and SAP implementation leader for two well-known publishing groups. |

| Paul Chinn | |

Paul is a Chartered Accountant, business transformation specialist and operational manager with extensive experience in shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), systems implementation and programme management. He has 20 years experience gained in both consulting within major consulting organisations and operational roles up to CFO level. Paul has worked on over 20 shared services projects and his experience covers the full BPO / shared services life cycle from service strategy and feasibility through to solution design, service transitioning and operational management of shared services. Paul has experience in all key back office functions including Finance and Administration, Human Resources, IT and Customer Services, and has managed a number of large scale ERP Finance and HR systems implementations. Paul has worked with leaders of some of the UK’s largest and most complex shared services centres, all of whom have seen their roles transform to a leader of multifunctional service, and are now considering this evolution in shared services. |

| Ron Sweetman | |

Ron has 10 years in-depth shared services experience spanning both the private and public sectors. Before crossing into the public sector in 2006 Ron was the Finance Director of Kodak in the UK. He was also the Director of Kodak’s European Finance Service Centre leading them to a significant and sustained performance improvement. On crossing into the public sector Ron became the Head of Shared Services for Oxfordshire County Council leading their multi-function operation through start-up and stabilisation to the successful realisation of 100% of the benefits claimed. He has a record of success in both. It has been Ron’s job to manage shared services performance improvement programmes and shared services transitions. Previously Ron has been a Financial Controller EMEA, a Manufacturing Controller, and a multi-function division manager over Procurement, IT, Finance and Manufacturing. In a wide variety of roles Ron has always been engaged in finance and operations transformation. With experience that is broad and deep Ron is a specialist in ‘end to end’ shared services delivery. |

| Stephen Babbage | |

Stephen is an executive advisor with a talent for bringing together people and technology to create best practice processes. A passionate believer in performance measurement as a management tool, he has a strong focus on building in kpi’s from the beginning. He brings to bear more than a decade of active shared services expertise with global leaders in the telecommunications distribution, packaging and chemical industries, transitioning more than 30 countries and entities into in-house and outsourced models. His special interests include process design, optimisation and remediation, and implementation of “single bank” environments and cash pools. Stephen is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Credit Management and the Association of Accounts Payable Professionals, and a Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion. His global experience, gained in 50 plus countries, includes over twenty years with Deloitte and Ernst & Young, specialising in banking and financial institutions, with an emphasis on IT security and risk management. He speaks frequently at conferences around Europe and further afield. |

He has 20 years experience in helping companies to improve cash flow, reduce working capital and improve business performance. He has worked with many companies across UK and Europe – blue chip, SME and private equity owned businesses. He has successfully helped clients to generate cash, reduce debtor and inventory days, improve creditor days, reduce costs, improve revenues and profitability. He speaks German and French.
Gary has helped market leading companies to achieve their strategic objectives by transforming commercial, operational and financial processes and organisations. He has worked with many clients undergoing dramatic changes in market conditions, in ownership and in tightening financial conditions and has, nevertheless, successfully delivered significant cash flow and working capital improvements. |

| Ramkumar Vishwanathan | |
| Ram is an experienced consultant who started his career with Accenture. His expertise lies in the area of Business & IT Transformation, Project & Portfolio management, Process Re-engineering and Innovation management.
Recently, Ram was involved in designing a portfolio management tool for a pharmaceutical company with a yearly turnaround of over £100 million. This tool provided an objective evaluation of New Product Development projects in order to meet the strategic goals for 2015. He has gained his experience through projects across US & Europe leading & delivering transformation projects across different sectors including Professional Services, Public Sector, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services. Ram completed his MBA degree from Cranfield University and holds a Prince 2 Practitioner certification. |
