F&A Six Sigma Working Capital Specialist Consultant

Seeking experienced working capital specialist consultant to join a progressive organisation and work on a number of sold client engagements.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing team within a firm looking to grow by 300% in the next 18 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current ways of working and create recommendations for working capital improvements
• Implement changes across: process, people, systems, performance management, training and communications to drive behavioural and cultural changes
• Partner with the business to manage the implementation of key changes across different business units
• Setup and monitor a project management office to track and measure effectiveness of working capital roll outs across the different business units.

Skills & Experiences:

• Individual must have a minimum of 3 years experience with implementing Working Capital Improvement Projects or a minimum of 5 years Finance Consultancy experience with significant exposure to Working Capital
• Individual should be six sigma qualified or trained
• Good understanding of the Collections and Billing process required
• Must have expertise in standard PMO & Project Management tools & disciplines
• Must have strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with working in Finance Change Management projects to help drive, monitor and deliver behavioural changes into an organisation
• Experience across Professional & Financial Services preferred
• Finance project lifecycle experience across: design, transition and transformation
• Confident, self-motivated individual with excellent communication / written skills
• Flexible and team focused working style
