Finance & Performance Management Consultants

Role and Responsibilities
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

• 2-8 years experience at a top tier management consultancy practice
• In-depth experience in at least one of the following areas: Finance Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring
• Detailed understanding of the finance function; including: Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash
• Full finance project lifecycle experience – feasibility, solution design, transition and transformation stages
• Good understanding of Project methodologies i.e. risk & issues management, status reporting, stakeholder management, project milestones and benefits realisation
• Confidence, commitment, ambition, self motivation and excellent communication / written skills
• Have a flexible and team focused working style
• Willingness to travel

Advantageous but not requirements:

• Accounting qualification (i.e. ACA, ACCA CIMA)
• Project Management qualifications (i.e. Prince 2, MSP)
• Lean / Six Sigma certified

This role will suit someone who meets all of the above criteria AND is looking to rapidly progress their career within the Finance Transformation domain.
