Finance & Performance Management Consultants
Role and Responsibilities
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- 2-8 years experience at a top tier management consultancy practice
- In-depth experience in at least one of the following areas: Finance Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring
- Detailed understanding of the finance function; including: Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash
- Full finance project lifecycle experience – feasibility, solution design, transition and transformation stages
- Good understanding of Project methodologies i.e. risk & issues management, status reporting, stakeholder management, project milestones and benefits realisation
- Confidence, commitment, ambition, self motivation and excellent communication / written skills
- Have a flexible and team focused working style
- Willingness to travel
Advantageous but not requirements:
- Accounting qualification (i.e. ACA, ACCA CIMA)
- Project Management qualifications (i.e. Prince 2, MSP)
- Lean / Six Sigma certified
This role will suit someone who meets all of the above criteria AND is looking to rapidly progress their career within the Finance Transformation domain.
