Senior Transition Manager
Niche Management Consultancy seeks young and dynamic individual to support on several client wins as Senior Transition manager. Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing programme / project plans covering several workstreams
- Stakeholder Management of workstream leads and third parties
- Ensuring that workstream plans are in line with the overall programme plan
- Identifying and managing dependencies within the programme
- Ensure that any slippages against timelines are identified and escalated in a timely manner
- Create the reports and controls required to effectively report progress to the Programme Board
- Manage and escalate issues / risks raised from the workstreams
Skills & Experience:
- Must be qualified at a graduate level with a minimum 2:1 at a top tier university
- Previous Management Consulting / Project Management experience preferred
- Strong IT skills; advanced in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good team player with ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to balance multiple priorities by considering risk, importance and level of urgency
- Proactive, organised and a delivery focused attitude
- Understanding of risk & issue management, status reporting, stakeholder management, project milestones and benefits realisation advantageous
