		<description>I am a resident of Moray, living only a few miles from your outsourcing centre at Strathcona House, near Forres.
I am currently working from home, writing and editing articles for an on-line publishing company.  I hold a BA in English, a BSc in Environment and Heritage Studies and an MLitt (postgrad) in Literature.  I am available for part-time work, preferably of the back-office variety.
I have experience of field archaeology, desk-based archaeology and data input.
My written skills are well honed and if I can be of service to your company, I would be glad to consider anything that may be appropriate for me.

In the past 7 years, I have upgraded my academic qualifications, worked as a volunteer for Moray Arts Centre and continued with my publishing work for the on-line company.  I&#039;m ready for a new challenge.

I have seen incentivisation within a cost centre environment so this is not a barrier to using cost centres.  The true value is demonstrating the added value so that more can be transferred to SSC creating more value and making greater savings, improving service and quality.  In an environment where cost centres from other areas of the business are being removed, it can be useful as a comparator to use the cost centre approach.  Changing to a profit centre can be viewed with some scepticism as it may be seen as &quot;muddying the water so that the true savings cannot be traced or compared, this of course ignores quality and speed of service, these should be quantified by the use and publication of before and after KPI&#039;s.</description>
