Initially bought in to test the feasibility of shared services for this diverse organisation, we helped a Japanese technology client design their shared services approach, analyse locations across Europe then deliver and stabilise their new model.

Effectively forming a bridge between the software supplier and the client; our flexible, specialist and mobile practitioners filled critical gaps at key stages of delivery to keep this Europe-wide procurement project on track.
