The role

Proservartner is a fast-growing professional services and advisory consultancy and seeks an experienced, motivated sales representative to support our growth strategy. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be able to quickly absorb and retain complex product and service knowledge. The person

You will be a self-starter, able to work without close supervision and have a successful sales track record in the professional services and technology sectors. You will have experience of understanding client needs and challenges and being solution orientated in solving those challenges. Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and setting up meetings for subject matter experts

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Coordinate sales effort with marketing programmes

• Maintain accurate client records on our CRM system
