Rakesh is a recognised thought leader in business transformation, shared services and outsourcing and regularly presents at conferences in Europe, Asia and North America. With considerable experience within industry and board-level roles within the NHS and charity sector, he has the gravitas to influence executives and build strategic relationships. 


Since founding Proservartner in 2008, Rakesh has been dedicated to the success of the organisation, building a team of highly skilled practitioners and developing industry-leading approaches.


He has been recognised as one of the most influential leaders in shared services and outsourcing, and nominated for Advisor of the Year at the National Outsourcing Association’s Awards. He is a qualified chartered accountant, certified project manager and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma.

Dhrupad Patel


Dhru has over ten years of experience within consulting, change management and finance. Dhru established up a HR and Payroll solutions practice (www.pophr.co.uk) focussing on the SME market in the UK. Extensive focus has been on administering payroll outsourcing and developing HR strategies for organisations to attract and retain talent. He has successfully set up employee benefit packages and developed partnerships with leading UK firms to help grow the Proservartner network.


Dhru started his career as a chartered accountant and also has extensive project management experience in a variety of disciplines ranging from audit to financial crime and corruption.

Paul Massie


Paul is a firm believer that organisations can only change if their people do. For over 25 years he has been helping large and complex global organisations achieve sustainable change more effectively by successfully engaging their people.


Paul leads Proservartner’s Change and Communication Practice. He has a proven track record of achievement in change and communications covering outsourcing, offshoring, GBS/shared services, mergers, acquisitions and restructures in a range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, utilities and managed services.

Przemyslaw Grajek 

Chief Financial Officer,

Director - Poland & Central and Eastern Europe.

Govert has spent a long career in captive shared services specialising in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been responsible for some significant global projects both as a programme manager and as a senior consultant.  As well as project work, Govert has substantial operational experience working for global brands such as NIKE.  Educated in the Netherlands, he holds MBA level qualifications within Business as well as Finance and Control.


Govert is responsible for our Netherlands operations and regularly holds information exchange events in Amsterdam. Outside work, Govert has various sporting and boating interests.

Philip Scrivener


Phil is a recognised leader in end-to-end transformation (particularly in back office process areas), business architecture, transition management and programme governance. His reputation and experience has been gained through a mixture of industry, start-up and consulting board-level roles with particular expertise in blue-chip FMCG/CPG organisations. 


Working within several high-profile consultancy firms, Phil has led multiple global transformation programmes and established best practice for the implementation of shared service centers. 


An expert in process and data enrichment through technological enablement (Enterprise Resource Planning, Digitalisation, Robotic and Cognitive Process Automation architecture), Phil has become increasingly focussed on ensuring that business change is stretched by new technology and that ROI is realised.


Phil is a qualified CIMA accountant, has an Executive MBA from Imperial College, London and is a certified programme leader (Design Thinking, ASAP, OUM, Scrum, PPM, Value Realisation and Lean). 

Stephen Babbage

Director, Spain

Stephen heads up our Intelligent Automation practice bringing considerable technical expertise as well as practical business experience. 


He has held director-level positions within several shared/business service organisations before moving on to lead global transformation programmes across multiple cultures. Stephen prides himself on his ability to analyse and link business requirements to technology capability; building viable solutions that work in the real world.


Stephen is a qualified chartered accountant as well as a Royal Yacht Association Yachtmaster.

Przemek is a Finance professional with over 14 years' experience within Finance delivery and advisory including 'Big-4' consultancy roles. He now specialises in the creation and implementation of information systems and analysis tools to support business transformation. 


Like all of our team, he has a process-based approach and first-hand understanding of building sustainable change within businesses.  He has led Finance functions through significant change programmes including restructures, system deployments, ERP optimisation and process redesign. He has also developed significant expertise in business restructuring and valuation. 


Przemek has a Business Administration degree and a masters in Finance and Business from his home country of Poland.
